Product Description

The Tipped cbn inserts series integral sintered PCBN tool, the appearance is diamond-shaped, is based on CBN powder and binder as raw materials, sintered under high temperature and ultra-high pressure conditions, the whole body of the knife block is CBN material, there is no hole in the middle, in the use of the need for professional tool bar match, mainly used for roughing, semi-finishing and finishing processes.

 

The whole sintered PCBN blade, because the whole blade material is CBN, so it has more cutting edges, high utilization rate of the tool blank, greater bending strength; At the same time using advanced production technology and production equipment processing, can withstand 1400 degrees of high temperature, suitable for strong intermittent, weak intermittent and continuous environment cutting, more suitable for large deep high-speed cutting.
